Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a customer relationship management information system based on web PT.Lematang Palembang to solve problems with the dissemination of information and service to customers. The research methodology used by the authors are iterative methods. Which had a few stages of the first phase of the survey system, the second stage of the analysis system using the PIECES framework, the third stage of system design by using models that describe the data flow system, and ERD identifies the user interface and data interface design, the fourth stage of the manufacturing system Dreamweaver CS3 and using XAMPP, the fifth stage of the implementation of the proposed system, the sixth stage of life cycle maintenance of the system so that the system remains useful, productive and optimal. The analysis and design of the system is expected to facilitate PT. Lematang in disseminating information to its customers and provide convenience for customers in the process of filing and renewal leases heavy equipment.
