Abstract

An increasingly globalized world, along with advances of technology and easiness for accessing information makes the company's business activities as if without any restriction. One of which must be faced by the company's business activities seem unbounded. One of issues that must be faced by the company is the diversity of existing resource and this is the fore most isuues that always be discussed at this time. Through the diversity of human resources, the companies will be able to understand and consider each of problems they faced in a different perspective, therefore the companies will be more effective in operation. In Order to obtain the benefits of diversity, the organization or company must have the right understanding and management.
